Tenders are invited for Procurement of 4 (Four) Motor Vehicles (Lot 1: 2 Pick-up Trucks and Lot 2: 2 Station Wagons) for the Ministryof Lvv nterested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, by contacting Geraldine St. Croix, Project Manager; peu.agrisuloans.idblvv@iica.int and copied to procurement.idblvv@iica.int, and inspect the bidding document at the address stated at the end of the document, during office hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be downloaded by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the e-mail address below. The documents will be sent electronically (via e-mail) All bids must be electronically delivered by 12:30 am SRT on April 1, 2022 by uploading a password encrypted zip file containing PDF format of the entire BID shall be uploaded to the following link https://iicaint-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/ruashva_chitoe_idblvv_iica_int/Egm_aFTNezRBlS81bGvjyQBxZQWj3yJ8nhi1fliIjhWWg Bidders must provide the password for the encrypted file prior to bid opening at 12:45am SRT, April 1, 2022 at email: peu.agrisuloans.idblvv@iica.int and copied to procurement.idblvv@iica.int.
